Collection: Cumberland Falls Bourbon

Cumberland Falls Bourbon is produced by Owensboro Distillery and has been distilling for over 130 years. Resurrected in 2014 under current ownership, the distillery has been restored to its former glory.

Color: Beautiful medium to dark amber bordering on copper.

Nose: Lemon, pine, and faint allspice, minimal notes of char gives way to banana and summer fruits. Almost no alcohol on the nose. Oak is as minimal on the nose as it is on the palate.

Palate: Vanilla overlays all of the rye spice, which follows the young, new, lightly charred oak. Hints of alcohol accompany the short creamy vanilla finish.
