- 2 ounces Ameris Dry Gin

- Fill a Collins glass with ice.
- Add the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the glass.
- Stir to combine.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and maraschino cherry (optional).
- For the best flavor, use freshly squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup that you have made yourself.
- If you don't have a Collins glass, you can use a highball glass.
- You can also garnish your Tom Collins with a lemon wheel, cucumber slice, or orange slice.
