Ingredients:
- 2 ounces KHOR Vodka
- 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
Instructions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the shaker is chilled to the touch. Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
Tips:
- For a sweeter Gimlet, add more simple syrup.
- For a tarter Gimlet, add more lime juice.
- You can also use a combination of simple syrup and agave nectar to sweeten the cocktail.
Garnish with a lime wheel, and enjoy!
