  • 1/2 oz fresh apple cider
  • 1/4 oz maple syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 apple slices for garnish

  • Muddle the apple slices and cinnamon stick in a mixing glass.
  • Add the bourbon, apple cider, maple syrup, and Angostura bitters.
  • Fill the glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
  • Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.

  • For a smokier flavor, infuse Cumberland Falls Bourbon with wood chips.
  • If you don't have fresh apple cider, you can use store-bought, but make sure it's 100% juice and not from concentrate.
  • You can adjust the sweetness of the cocktail to your taste.
  • Get creative with the garnish! Try using other fall spices like cloves or star anise.

This cocktail is the perfect balance of sweet, tart, and spicy. The apple cider adds a refreshing autumn flavor, while the maple syrup and cinnamon provide warmth and depth. It's sure to become a new favorite!
